Kiawah Island is accessible by car. From Charleston, take US-17 South to Main Road. Follow Main Road to Kiawah Island. Once on the island, follow signs to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort and Cougar Point Golf Course. Parking is available at the clubhouse.
